This policy explains how Ondia handles information. Ondia is provided by Norvani Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), the controller of any personal data described here.

Summary

• Ondia has no account.
• Your audio and transcripts are processed and stored only on your device.
• We collect no personal data, use no analytics or advertising, and run no servers that receive your content.

Recordings and transcripts

Ondia records or imports audio and video and transcribes it on your iPhone or iPad. Recordings, transcripts, summaries, folders and vocabulary are stored only on your device. We cannot access them.

Microphone

Ondia uses the microphone only to record when you ask it to start a recording.

Speech models

The speech recognition models are downloaded from Hugging Face, a public model repository operated by Argmax. As with any download, Hugging Face can see the IP address of your device. The models then run on your device.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings.

Personal data we collect

We collect no personal data. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

Ondia is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
